She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Johnson and Ruby Johnson (Higgley); her husband Axel "Buster" Sjostrom; her son Mickey; her son-in-law Dave Nybo; and her grandson Toby Windels.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey "Sam", Valerie Woodrum (Jim), Jenny Windshitl, Sjostrom and Sheila Ojala. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
