He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rowe and Anna Rowe (Meshen); his former wife Jeanenne Fick; his parents-in-law, Jack, Josie Fick and Minnie Frerichs; his sister Joyce Mader; his siblings-in-law, Ron Fick, Don Mader, Earl Brown, Gerald Frerichs, George Frerichs, Stan Frerichs and Kathy Frerichs; and his daughter Denise.
He is survived by: his friend Don Petersen; his wife Carol Rowe (Frerichs); his children, Robin Roslansky (Ranny), Kevin Roslansky (Joni), Tim Rowe (Catherine), Nicky Kellogg (Wally), Drew Rowe, Rodney Rowe (Rich), Corinna Greene (Chris) and Perry Fick; his siblings, Elaine Brown, Shirley Fredericksen (Terry Anderson) and Robert Rowe (Denise); and his siblings-in-law, Ardyth Fisher (Bernie), Marlys Frerichs, Donna Frerichs and Leon Frerichs. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to benefit Charlie's favorite charities.
