She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lanning and Ida Lanning (Hegwood); her husband Arlo Duane Anderson; her sister Judy Eley; and her cousin James Coomes.
She is survived by: her children, Terese Meling (Scott) of Clear Lake, IA and Ricky Anderson of Deridder, LA; her siblings, Dixie Smith (Pete) of Chariton, IA, David Lanning of Acworth, GA, Delbert Lanning of Las Vegas, NV and Billy Dodson of Des Moines, IA; her siblings-in-law, Ed, Marilyn Anderson of Des Moines, IA, Deb and Larry Aukes of Buffalo Center; and her niece Chris Ravenhorst (Jerry) of Hollandale, MN. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
