He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sletten and Arlene Sletten (Schultz); and his sister Joy. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca of Lake Mills; his daughters, Melody and Heather; his siblings, Clyde Sletten, Diane Sletten, James Sletten (Dagmar) and Neal Sletten (Gaye); and his uncle Dale Schultz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
