He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Heinicke and Jennie Heinicke (McNeir); his stepfather Roy Kleist; his brother-in-law Ronald Burkhart; his brother Roger Heinicke; his nephews, Douglas Burkhart, Dillin Nickson and Jeffrey Hoffman; and also, Lyn and Charles Platts.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Burkhart of Milwaukee, WI, Georgia Walter of Milwaukee, WI and Dale Heinicke (Dorothy) of McAlester, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
