She is survived by: her father Duane Carlson (Dena Starr); her son James Flatness; her fiancé James Flatness; her children, Allissa Wacek (Micah Roach) of Estherville, Tristan Wacek (Raven Suhr) of Kiester, Caden Carlson of Lake Mills and Owen Flatness of Lake Mills; her grandchildren, Avaleigh Wacek, Kynsleigh Roach and Rylan Wacek; her mother Teresa Bottleman (Shawn); her siblings, Nichole Carlson (Jeremiah Ulferts), Nathan Carlson, Dylan Carlson and Hunter Carlson; and her grandmother Elaine Ramos. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many extended family.
