She is survived by: her sons, Jimmie "JJ" Underwood of Lake Mills and Jamie Underwood of Lake Mills; her brothers, Ray Folven (Pam) of Emmons, MN and Merle Folven of Emmons, MN; her nieces and nephews, Lance Henderson, Jessica Davis, Michael Henderson, Samantha Dolsen, Jon Folven and Nathanial Folven; and her aunts and uncles, Bertha Campbell, Rose Wales, Harlan Olson and John Wales. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
