He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobias Brackey and Frances Brackey (Westendorf); his wife Sharon Thorson; his daughter Sarah; and his siblings, Elaine Sevley, Ferne Jones, Bernice Palmer (Roger Brackey) and Steve Brackey.
He is survived by: his children, Natalie Fell (Mike) of Waseca, MN, Lois Jamtgaard of Lake Mills and Wayne Brackey of Joice; his grandchildren, Evan Fell, Joe Jamtgaard (Jackie Villela), Samantha Jamtgaard (Cody Coulter) and Christopher Jamtgaard; and his siblings-in-law, Arden, Delores Thorson and Nancy Helland. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
