With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Emmett Cummings of Lake Mills, Iowa, born in Cresco, Iowa, who passed away on November 17, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cummings and Burnetta Cummings; his sister Donna Ryan; and his brother-in-law Bob Dunagan. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Larson; his children, Bill Cummings (Jen), Becky Taylor (Joe) and Joe Cummings (Amy); his grandchildren, Bella, Sean Cummings, Bryce and Sydney Taylor; his siblings, Kathryn Dunagan, Rita Vodraska (Jim), Dave Cummings (Tari) and Dan Cummings (Debra); and his brother-in-law Larry Ryan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice, Bur Oak Land Trust, or St. Mary's Church in Solon.
