He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Verhoef Myhre; his daughter Donna Kozlowski; and his granddaughter Laurie Larson Huikko. He is survived by: his children, Gail Welde of Littleton, CO, John Gahan of McKinney, TX and Bill Gahan of DesMoines, IA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandsons.
