We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2024, at the age of 69, Dean Royden Ulve of Lake Mills, Iowa, born in Mason City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ulve and Adeline Ulve (Thompson); his close friend Betty Thompson; and his siblings, Darrell Ulve, Kathy (Gary Briggs) and Carol Schaefer.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Jazzlynn Thompson; his brothers, David (Marilyn Ulve) and Dale (Linda Ulve); and his siblings-in-law, Reta Ulve and Carl Schaefer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
