She was predeceased by: her parents, Vencil Hotek and Zola Hotek (Ward); her husband Franklin Banwart; her daughter Patti Banwart; and her siblings, Earnest Dutcher, James Dutcher, Barbara Eldridge and Vera Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Banwart (Deb) of Garner, IA, Lisa Garringer (Tom) of Webster, IA and Tom Banwart (Vickie) of Lake Mills, IA; and her sister Arlene Herrick. She is also survived by seven grandsons; two granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
