She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis "Bud" Lomholt and Lyn Lomholt (Heinicke); her son Dillin; her sister Darla Arnold; her nephew Jeffrey Hoffman; her uncle Otis Heinicke; and her sister-in-law Barb Nickson.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Nick" Nickson of Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church; her children, Shannon Kesler (Ryan) of Lake Mills, Alisha Mielke (Dan) of Eau Claire, WI and Cody Nickson (Jessica) of Frisco, TX; her grandchildren, Téah, Tenley Kesler, Kitara, Adalia, Peyton, Dylan Mielke, Paisley, Maverick, Carter, Atlas and Gemma Nickson; her sister Debra Hoffman of Tucson, AZ; and her brother-in-law Lee Nickson of Lake Mills.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Lutheran Church (401 S Lake St, Lake Mills, IA 50450).
