He is survived by: his former wife Teresa Holt; his wife Tammy Herfendal of Lake Mills, IA; his children, Eric Herfendal of Lake Mills, IA and Erin Warner (Brian) of Albert Lea, MN; his grandchildren, Kaylee and Amelia Warner; and his siblings, Marlin Herfendal (Sharon) of Albert Lea, MN, Arden Herfendal (Dawn) of Fairmont, MN, Harold Herfendal (Mary) of Fairmont, MN and Julie Miller (Steve) of Forest City, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
