It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Peterson in Lake Mills, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Gooden and Esther Gooden (McGill); her husbands, Roger D. Peterson and Harland Fosness; her brothers, Orville, Don, Ollie and Robert Gooden; her sisters-in-law, Mescal and Marian; and her grandson-in-law Chris Nyguard.
She is survived by: her daughter LaDonna Rognes (Harvey) of Lake Mills; her granddaughters, Beth Nyguard of Waukee, IA and Kelly Charlson (Lee) of St. Charles, IL; her great grandchildren, Nick Nyguard, Natalie Nyguard, Harper Charlson, Sylvie Charlson and Clayton Charlson; and her stepchildren, Bonnie Johnson, Jon Fosness (Bev), Colleen Smith and Diane Gillard (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
