He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tasler and Lorinda Tasler (Pearson); and his father-in-law Charles Ford. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ford of Lake City; his children, Anthony Tasler of Ankeny, Jamie Stone of Lake City and Jordan Waters (Jereme); his grandchildren, Jasey and Jaggar of Lake City; his siblings, Marge Griffith (Roger) of Audubon, Lori Bauer (Vaughn) of Paton, Tina Wierke (Tracey) of Farmington, MN, Steve Tasler of Churdan, Ron Tasler (Marilyn) of Jefferson, Kim Tasler of Churdan and Jay Tasler (Marcia) of Churdan; his mother-in-law Delores Ford of Lake City; and his brother-in-law Dave Ford (Cindy) of Lake City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to restrictions on gatherings from the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will have a public memorial at a later date when larger gatherings are allowed.
