He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Parker and Esther Parker (Pratt); and his wife Hope Parker. He is survived by: his wife Marty Parker of Lake City; his children, Dawn Carner (John) of Alton, MO and Scott Parker of Rockwell City; his grandchildren, Kayla Barton (Matt), Courtney Stewart (Kevin), Nicole Swinford (Colin) and Natasha Barton (Mike); and his siblings, Dora Lee Souder of Bemidji, MN, Linda Lou Hay of Republic, MO, Jane Cline (Phil) of Lohrville, IA and Arthur Parker (Rebecca) of Lake City, IA.. He is also survived by 11 Great-Grandchildren.
