He is survived by: his son Michael Steven Allen, Jr. (Kathy Macho) of Wisconsin; his stepdaughters, Mandy Kriener (Carl) of Waucoma and Wendy Goodman of Rockwell City; his grandchildren, Cody Mosher (Lindsey Zenner), Kalyn Kruse (Ben Schmitt), Chase Goodman (Jessica Allen) and Brody Goodman; his brother Dennis Allen of Texas; his nephew Tim Simpson (Melanie) of California; and his niece Reena Hansen (Evan) of Iowa.
