He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Schleisman and Sharyn Schleisman (Schlitter); and his father-in-law Donald Wayne Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Melodie Schleisman of Lake City, IA; his sisters, Kari Ellis (Thadd) of Waukee, IA and Kelly Sullivan (Michael) of Buffalo Grove, IL; and his mother-in-law Doris Johnson of Lake City, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
