We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2021, at the age of 70, Kathleen Stephenson (Lake City, Iowa), born in Carroll, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Stephenson and Mary Ann Stephenson (Reischl); her siblings, Harl, Denny, William Stephenson and Susan Hammen; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Falk and Diane Stephenson of Littleton, CO.

She is survived by: her nephew Samuel Falk of Rockwell City; her sister Connie Falk of Rockwell City; and her sister-in-law Patty Stephenson of Lake City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many friends.

Kathy worked as a Social Worker and Assistant Supervisor at Josiah White's Quakerdale Foundation, then as a former Addictions Counselor at Children and Families Resources in Fort Dodge.
