Brown; his children, Darcy and Jason of Lake City; his pets, Maggie and Libby; his brother Robert Dougherty (Jane) of Hamilton, Illinois; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Dougherty, Dan Dougherty, Kerry Dougherty and Vaughn Dougherty (Tiana); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Landen, Dawson and Shawn Dougherty (Heidi); and also, Beau, Jeff Dougherty (Stefanie), Brody and Kolton.
Lake City—Jim Dougherty, 82, died Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Shady Oaks Care Center in Lake City from complications of Multiple System Atrophy, a rare form of Parkinson's Disease.
