He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Clow and Ruth Clow (Moulds); his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Richard Hansen; his brother Bob; and his sister-in-law Pat Clow.

He is survived by: his wife Nola Clow of Lake City, IA; his children, Kirk Clow (Kay) of Lake View, IA, Laurie Knowler (Derek) of Cedar Falls, IA and Ed Clow of Austin, TX; and his sister Carol Roller (Clayton) of Lake View, IA. He is also survived by several extended family members, step-grandkids, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Harry to the Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City.
