He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Johnson and Mae Johnson (Harrison); his wife Frankie; his son Doug Johnson; and his siblings, Doris Sudano and Jerry Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Johnson (Kathy) of Lake City, IA, Nicholas Johnson (Jane) of Auburn, IA and Perry Johnson (Jill) of Auburn, IA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; numerous friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Lake City Community Building or the Lake City Aquatic Center.
