He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hawkins; and his sister-in-law Wanda Imhoff. He is survived by: his mother Bernna Deane Mead Hawkins; his wife Michelle Wilcox; his children, Jeff, Charles Hawkins (Ellie) and Angie Wolf (Kris); his grandchildren, Raelene, Cash and Memphis Hawkins; his siblings, Jill McCallister (John), Kevin Hawkins (Maria) and Bruce Hawkins (Becky); his parents-in-law, Kenny Wilcox and Dorene Wilcox; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Comer (Bill), Max Wilcox (Kim) and Brad Wilcox (Holly).
