He is survived by: his former wife Julie Goemaat; his daughters, Ashley Lust (Richie) and Nicole Boothe; his stepson Michael Eppstein; and his grandchildren, Drew, Stevie, Taylor, Austin, Tucker, Landen and Brayden.
