It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael James Oxenreider of Lacona, Iowa, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Jean Oxenreider (Squire); his parents, Cleo Oxenreider and Mabel Oxenreider of Lacona, Iowa.; and his brother Samuel A. Oxenreider. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Kay Sparks, Susan Marie Rudd and Jeri Lea Barrett; his grandchildren, Hubert Sparks, Kaydie Rudd and Zachary H. Rudd; his great grandchildren, Riley Sparks and Kasey Sparks; his sister Patricia Clemmons of Illinois; and his grandson Zachary Rudd.
