She was predeceased by: her parents, Shickery Allen and Alma Allen; her husband Robert Lee Rowe; her brothers, Wayne and Keith Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Gerald White and Rosemary Allen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Eggleston of Buena Vista, Shelly Schaefer (Ken) of Lacona and Lisa Hinton (Keith) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandchildren, Carey Moore (Jason), Kristin Connelley (Curt), Amanda Eggleston, Erika Moore (Jamion), Dante Hinton, Ben Schaefer (April) and Monica McGuire (Jason); her great grandchildren, Brandon Wegner, Nolani Moore, Madison, Kaylee, Emma McGuire, Brayden Schaefer, Trevyn and Tayson Connelley; her sister Carol White; and her sister-in-law Charlene Allen of Bloomfield. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
