It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynnea Ann Young of Lacona, Iowa, who passed away on August 12, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Bateman and Jerry Bateman; and her brother Joel Bateman. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Young; her children, Neal Young (Krissy), Nathan Young (Brianna), Wade Young (Sarah) and Lindsay McDonald (Jordan); her grandchildren, Stella, Rowan Young, Ryder Swim, Jonas, Ruby Young and Joy McDonald; and her brothers, Steve Bateman (Sue) and David Bateman (Cindy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Those in attendance, if not vaccinated, are asked to please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name to the Milo Hometown Pride Committee.
