She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbertus Noe and Manta Catheryn Noe (Blough); her siblings, Eleanor Vogt (Melvin), Marvel Fulton (Virgil), Bonnie Noe and Arnold Noe; and her brothers-in-law, Franklin Weltzin and James Van Ree.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Noe (Carol) of Brandon, Lawrence Noe (Phyllis) of Independence, Bruce Noe, Donna Weltzin and Dorothy Van Ree of Independence; and her sister-in-law Sharon Noe of Brandon. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Brandon United Methodist Church or a charity of the donors choice.
