He is survived by: his sons, Warren (Suzanne) of Denver, Terry (Lyndsay) of Eagleville, MO and Tony (Lori) of Dysart; his grandchildren, Tyler (Amanda), Shelby (Taylor), Shianne (Wade), Elizabeth (Bruce), Neesa (Tanner), Cole Kenneth and Dakota; his great grandchildren, Cole Jon, Brynlee, Kayson, Hudson and Lettie Mae; his brother Bob Bellinger (Charlene); and his pet Snowball.
Per Dean's request, no flowers or tears-memorials may be directed to the family as a memorial fund has been established.
