It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Mae Harting (La Porte City, Iowa), who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Conrad and Mildred Leone Kuhn (Sheffler); her sons, Daniel Arnold Harting (Brenda) and Michael Carl Harting (Terri); her daughter-in-law Karen Weltzin (Dan); her sister Evelyn Truax (Judd); her grandchildren, Samuel Harting (Jess), Benjamin Harting, Bethany Weltzin (David Boehne), Matthew Harting (Bethany), Nathan Harting (Jenelle Brodzik), Sheila Harting, Daphne Harting (Benjamin Andera) and Mitch Harting; her great grandchildren, Josiah, Nolan, Caleb Harting and Caroline Harting; her husband Arnold Harting; and her son Randall Conrad Harting.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Shirley's name to her family which will be later designated elsewhere.
