He is survived by: his former wife Janelle Fuson; his wife Debra Boyd; his daughters, Ashton Fisher (Ben) of Janesville and Paige Foulk of Waverly; his granddaughters, Brynlee and Ellie Fisher; his close friend Debra Foulk; and his brothers, Randy Foulk (Deb) and Rick Foulk (Madonna).
