He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Sheffler and Ruth Sheffler (Stevenson); his wife Julie Beier; his children, Lisa Johnson (Mark) of Vinton and Marty Sheffler of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Angie Coullier (Chris) of Brandon, Josh Johnson (Jerrilyn) of Greely, CO and Nick Johnson of Pleasant Hill, IA; and his siblings, David Sheffler and Diane Caukins. He was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
