He was predeceased by: his parents, LuVern Meyers and Eva Schmitt Meyers; his daughter Susan Meyers; his great grandchildren, Emmitt and Edgar; and his sister Theresa Tuchel.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Newlon; his children, Jeff of Clear Lake, Brooke of Waterloo, Greg of Waterloo, Shannon (Michelle) of Marion and Lori Evans (Mitch); his grandchildren, Travis, Drew, Miles, Chelsea, Abby, Madison, Gage and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Halle Jo, Ainsley, Elijah, Emrick and Cameron.
