He is survived by: his sisters, Leona Connell of Waterloo and Viola Kingsbury of Forest Lake, MN; his children, Patty Theisen (Donny) of Fridley, MN, Steve (Kathy) of St. Louis, Stu (Anne) of South St and Spencer (Lisa) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Nicole, Ben (Patty), Philip (Steve), Maddie, Sam (Stu), Chloe, Josiah, Layla and Liliana (Spencer); and his great grandchildren, Brittany, Jordan and Brileon (Patty).
