She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Howard and Lena L. Stephens (Hitt); and her siblings, Gerald Stephens, Delford Stephens, Stanley Stephens, Robert Stephens, Joe Stephens, Neva Nielsen, Mary Timmerman and Ethel.
She is survived by: her spouse Floyd L. Perry; and her children, Donald Perry (Julie) of Waterloo, John Perry (Kim), Linda Griffee (Larry) of Evansdale and Betty Kies of Vinton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
