He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Werner and Alma S. Werner (Gill); his wife Nancy; and his siblings, Caryl Werner, Donna Hilmer, Dorothy Schmidt and Marilyn Corkery.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Werner (Yvonne), Mark Werner (Robin) of Dysart, Matt Werner (Andrea) of Mt. Auburn, Karla of Waterloo and Karen McLaren (Tom) of Germantown Hills, IL; his grandchildren, Valerie Hoy, Crystal Spence (Mike), Jesse Werner (Brittany), Ray Werner (Kelsey), Ivy Cleveland (Kyle), Isabelle Werner, Kyle, Noah McLaren, Jacob, Josie and Jaren Werner; and his sister-in-law Alice Werner. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
