She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wagner and Martha Wagner (Schwindt); her spouse Garold Owen Foulk; her son James Alan Foulk; her siblings, Eileen Peiper, Lydia "Tootie" Weatherman, Barbie Draper, Marcella "Sally" Foulk, Rosella and George "Junior" Wagner; and her siblings-in-law, Barb Wagner, Geri Wagner, George Draper, Charles "Buzz" Meyer and Billy Foulk.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Foulk (Sharon) and Gary Foulk (Cherie) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Wade Foulk (Sara), Brad Foulk (Jodi), Christopher Foulk, Carrie Schaefer (Jeremy) and Katie Foulk (Patrick Lynch); her great grandchildren, Dalton, Trevor, Madelon, Ellie, Kamryn, Avery, Mason, Rylan, Levi, MacKena and Jameson; and her siblings, Doris Meyer and Clarence Wagner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
