With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willa Carmen Brown (Knoxville, Iowa), born in Marion, Iowa, who passed away on April 18, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Brubaker and Lela Brubaker (Smith); her husband Gordon; her daughter-in-law Dixie Brown (Beller); and her siblings, Charlene Harrington, Roberta McMillen and Dale Brubaker.
She is survived by: her sons, Duane Brown (Barbara) of Knoxville and Darwin Brown (Joan) of Indianola; her grandchildren, Kevin Brown (Angela), Kristi Kreinbring (Barry) and Jennifer Johnston (Nicholas); her great grandchildren, Zachary Brown, Cassandra Brown, Braydon Kreinbring, Jerin Young (Nathaniel), Kaden Johnston and Kylie Johnston; and her sister Wilma Ver Heul.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Willa's name to H.C.I. Care Services or to the Good Samaritan Society of Indianola, Iowa.
