She was predeceased by: her parents, Arie H. Scharff and Eva Deana Scharff (Newport); her husband Ralph Lambirth; her sisters, Bernice Reynolds, Louise Flint and Nadine Van Maanen; her grandsons, Alex and Nathan Lambirth; and her daughter-in-law Diane Lambirth.

She is survived by: her children, Virgil Daverne Lambirth (Carol) of Humeston, Richard Lambirth (Connie) of Attica, Terry Lambirth of Attica and Sherrie Moore (L. E.) of Rose Hill; and her grandchildren, Todd, Melissa, Curtis, Nicole, Julie and Ashley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Virginia's memory to her family and memorials will be decided at a later date.
