He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara and Tommy De Moss Sr; and his brothers, Floyd De Moss and John De Moss. He is survived by: his children, Penny Jean, Lisa Christine, Tommy Merrill, Lisa De Moss of Knoxville and Tommy De Moss (Tonya) of Lovilia, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Carol De Moss (John). He is also survived by his four sisters and their husbands, and a brother.
