He was predeceased by: his father Jackee Lee Hyatt; and his daughter Sarah Collins (Hyatt). He is survived by: his mother Doris Hyatt (Becker) of Knoxville; his wife Teresa Crowe; his sons, Michael Hyatt of Knoxville and Christopher Hyatt of Pleasantville; his stepdaughter Jennifer Forkenbrock of PlaineView, Ohio; his grandchildren, Marlaina, Sean, Natalie and Noah; and his siblings, Pam, Melodee, Sheila, Lorrie, Valerie and Robert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
