He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrle Cushman and Marjorie Cushman (Rudisill); his siblings, Beverly Lewis and Dave Cushman; and his grandson Jayden Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Miller; his children, Chad Cushman, LeAnn Robinson, Jess Cushman, Jason Cushman (Kristi), Krissy Cushman, Sean Robinson, Rachel Peterson and Tom Crnkovich; his grandchildren, Matthew Beebe (Mikayla), Laney Cushman, Sami Cushman, Rylan Robinson, Rylee Davis, Kyler Cushman, Maddie McGuire and Anna McGuire; his great grandchild Zander Carpenter; his siblings, Earl Cushman, Daryl Cushman and Julie Theil; and his pet Buddy.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Graceland Cemetery (102 Willetts Dr, Knoxville, IA 50138). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chad Cushman Residence (1249 108th Pl, Knoxville, IA 50138).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knoxville First United Methodist Church, the Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Foundation, or to Knoxville E.M.S.
