With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Dean Lambirth (Knoxville, Iowa), who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lambirth and Virginia Lambirth (Scharff); his brother Virgil Davern Lambirth; and his sister-in-law Diane Rose Lambirth. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue; his children, R. Curtis Lambirth (Jennifer) and Nicole Lambirth Beary; his siblings, Terry Lambirth and Sherrie Moore (LE); his grandchildren, Stacia Beary, Shana Lambirth, Holli Larrington (Jacob), Rachel Beary, Cameron Lambirth, Judson Beary, Remi and Knox Larrington; his sister-in-law Carol Lambirth; and his close friends, Steve Meinders, Rachel Gulick, Chad Barnes and Ty Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It was Rich's wish to donate his body to Des Moines University of Health Sciences.
