He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dishman and Opal Dishman (Warren); his son Phillip; and his siblings, Bob, Raymond and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his children, Vicky Dishman, Kathy Momyer (William) and Steve Dishman (Carol); his grandchildren, Chris Kennedy (Jolene), Dana Kennedy, Nick Momyer (Camron), Erica Yingling (Scott), Jennifer Gable (Chad), Heather Dishman and Samantha Dishman; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Kennedy, Austin Kennedy, Collin Kennedy, Street Conner, Grayson Momyer, Cooper Momyer, Ashlyn Yingling, Brixon Yingling, Lucy Gable, Elliot Gable and Birdie Gable.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Homes - Knoxville (202 E Washington St, Knoxville, IA 50138). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Graceland Cemetery (102 Willetts Dr, Knoxville, IA 50138).
