Klootwyk of Surprise, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Adam Mekhail (Selma), Andrew Mekhail, Jackson Klootwyk and Elise Klootwyk; his great grandchild Damian Mekhail-Canez; and his siblings, Steve Klootwyk (Carla), Joe Klootwyk, Kent Klootwyk (Ronia), Sue Klootwyk and Brian Klootwyk (Kelly).
