He was predeceased by: his father Truman Edward Sage, Jr.; and his friend Terry Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Carol Romick Sage; his wife Gina Vasquez; his grandchildren, Evelynn, Kinnedy, Cael and Remy; and his siblings, Krystal Lagud (Jeff) and Kandace Edwards (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Pleasantville F.F.A. or to Our Union 4-H Club.
