She is survived by: her sibling Ron; her sons, Donald Paul and Donnie Frey (Darbie Utterback) of Knoxville; her sister Cathie Carter of Knoxville; and her siblings-in-law, Dean Frey (Rita) of Cedar Rapids and Edwina Baker of St. Pete Beach. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
