It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melody Ripperger (Knoxville, Iowa), who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Darlene Van Gilder (Pettyjohn) and John Wesley Goodsell. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Joseph Ripperger; her children, Joshua Joseph and Alicia Dawn; her sisters, Cathy (Alan Crook) and Janyce Van Gilder of Pella; her niece Becky (late Rick Shilling) of Knoxville; and her nephew Chris (Cleta Crook) of Attica, IA. She is also survived by four children and five grandchildren.
