We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2019, at the age of 73, Marlya Jo Wishmeyer (Knoxville, Iowa), born in Oskaloosa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William Nichols; her son Marty Derringer; her mother LaVonne Hetherington; her stepfather Lorance Hetherington; her sister Kay Thomas; her brother-in-law Bob Thomas; and her niece Mary Thomas.

She is survived by: her former husband Don Derringer; her children, Michael Derringer of Pella and Melinda Stibolt of Leon; her sister Bea Hensel (Ron) of Montezuma; her half-sister Chris; her brothers, John Nichols (Barb) of Altoona and Jim Nichols (Barb) of Knoxville; her half-brothers, Bob and Albert; her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Shalyn and Joseph (Charity); and her daughter-in-law Autumn Derringer.
